Based on a private farm in Adderbury, Oxfordshire, the Gym provides a vast array of equipment designed for use to increase strength, fitness and general wellbeing. Clients will have full access to the gym on a 1-2-1 basis, providing a completely private and secure environment to train. You'll never need to queue for equipment again, and will have a completely secluded, safe area to train.
Bronze, Silver and Gold packages available depending on the frequency of which you wish to train (1-3+ sessions a week), with additional add-ons including Diet Plans and 1-2-1 check-ins each week.
