A little bit about me...

Former long-distance runner turned strongman athlete. I have competed in a range of competitions from running double-marathons across the south downs, through to competing at England's Strongest Man.

I'm a local boy, born and raised on a working farm in Adderbury, Oxfordshire. Growing up I never took to teams sports, and soon found a passion for athletics, namely long-distance running and triple jump. After running for almost 10 years, including leading the Athletics team at my time at University, I realised I had hit my ceiling in the sport, and began training in the gym throughout university in order to gain some size and body confidence. Fast forward 4 years and I have gone from a 68kg (10.5 stone) runner to a 130kg (20 stone) strongman, and am loving every second.

I now want to use all of the insights and knowledge of strength training and nutrition, to help others and enable them to achieve their goals.

The Goal

I'm a level 3 certified personal trainer, online coach and grip coach, specialising in strength sports and conditioning.

I have recently escaped the 9-5 life, and am looking to take on individuals to enable them to become the best versions of themselves.

Whilst my transformation is more on the extreme side, I believe functional strength training is for everyone. I want to support local individuals in feeling more comfortable in their own bodies, whether that be through weight loss, muscle gain, or general wellbeing improvements.

My goal is to educate and support team members, helping everyone I work with to achieve long-term success, regular training, long-term health and things they never thought they could!
